They are an integral part of our business from supporting the sales team with demonstrations, making installations quick and painless, to ongoing technical help and support.

Demonstrations
Zoom has transformed the way we can do detailed demonstrations. In the comfort and safety of your office we can show you how our products work, answer any specific questions you may have and show the benefits of other related products. It doesn’t matter where you are in the world, we can show you how our products can benefit your business.
For hardware, we usually provide on-site demonstrations.
Installation
Our aim is to get your products installed as quickly as possible. We will install everything for you and rigorously test everything is working. However, our input doesn’t end with you being given a training manual or a link to an online training hub. Once we have everything up and running our trainers will then teach your nominated staff how to use every aspect of the products on site.
Warranty & Service Contract
All new hardware and software comes with at least a 12-month guarantee.
Our warranty and service contracts include unlimited support calls throughout that initial period. Remote access diagnostics means many problems can be resolved very quickly without a site visit being necessary. If an on-site visit is necessary, we will always schedule this as quickly as possible.
Ongoing Support
At the end of the initial 12-month warranty, it can be extended on an annual basis. This annual support also includes a half-day refresher training session, via Zoom, so your staff can brush up on their skills or learn about new features and functions.

Spare Parts & Consumables
We know what damage long periods of down time can cause, so we keep good stocks of original spare parts in the UK.
