GraphCut Studio CNC – Agile Prototyping
The GraphCut Studio sample cutter combines design, sampling and manufacturing processes into one compact CNC cutting machine:

A fully equipped CNC auto cutter.
- Cutting tools include – oscillating blade, rotary driven wheel and notch and punch tools.
- East tool change.
- Optional pen or inkjet printer.
- Cutting width of up to 176cm.
- Compatible with all CAD software, DXF, HPGL/PLT, Corel Draw and AutoCad.
Options include:
- Static or conveyorised cutting bed.
- Camera gantry for leather nesting and cutting.
- Photo digitiser. Ideal for creating digital files from paper, card or fabric patterns. No need for magnets.
- An inkjet plotter for the printing and cutting of fabric, paper or card patterns. Fabric can also be laid underneath and cut at the same time – dramatically speeding up the sampling process.
- Single phase or three phase (1.8m is three phase only)
The GraphCut Studio offers 3 different cutting areas to fit in the most compact design studio:
- Width 1.5m x Length 1.2m | Footprint: 2.3m x 2.2m
- Width 1.6m x Length 1.3m | Footprint: 2.4m x 2.3m
- Width 1.8m x Length 1.4m | Footprint: 2.6m x 2.4m
The optional camera gantry gives the ability to:
- Digitise paper or card patterns without magnets.
- Manually nest patterns onto leather or unusually shaped materials.
